Vision, Mission, and Values
Vision: That work, workers, and workplaces throughout the world are transformed to reflect God’s good design for work.
Mission: To draw Christians into a deeper understanding of the purpose and practice of work as a fundamental part of discipleship. To achieve this, we create and disseminate high-quality, accessible materials that connect the Bible to work.
Values:
- We depend on God
We are prayer-led in our internal decisions and we seek to draw users deeper into reflection and connection with God.

- We center Scripture
We produce credible and accessible resources centered on the Bible that help people go deeply into the Scripture and reflect on what it means for their work.

- We believe all work matters to God
All Christians can discover God and lean on God in their work, whether it is enjoyable or toilsome.

- We value collaboration
We work collegiately with each other and with our partners, in a mutual environment of respect where all voices count.

We remove cultural, linguistic, financial, and technological barriers so people everywhere can use our work.
